Financial Performance as a Mediator of Risk Management on Organizational Performance

Sharia Bank is a bank that conducts business activities based on sharia principles, or Islamic legal principles stipulated in the fatwa of MUI such as justice and balance, benefit, universalism. This study aims to examine effect risk management represented by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Efficiency (BOPO), Nonperforming Loans (NPL), organizational performance mediating financial Return Assets (ROA) Banking Companies recorded IDX from 2013 up 2017. The data used this were obtained their Financial Statements. After passing purposive sample stage, six companies eligible for use. results show influences performance, while does not mediate performance. Thus, banking operations must be adjusted expected pay more attention efficiency improve management. think about benefits risks lending funds other parties so company value remains optimal.
